The Elite variant turns up the heat. Though it retains the same core attack, everything becomes more intense.

  Faster Action Speed: The orbs come out more quickly, reducing your evasion window.

  Higher Health: You'll need to Dark And Darker Gold commit more resources to eliminate them safely.

Combat Tips:

  Use Ranged Weapons: Bows, crossbows, and spells let you take them down before they get too close.

  Keep Moving: Staying mobile makes it harder for the orbs to line up effectively.

  AOE Spells: If you're a caster, use area control spells like fire walls or ice fields to force the dragonfly into a damaging zone.

Elite Dragonflies start offering more valuable drops. They can drop intermediate Dark and Darker Items, like armor with minor enchantments or class-specific gear, and a decent amount of Dark and Darker Gold, especially when farming them in groups.

  10 Poison Orbs: Instead of 6, the Nightmare version spits 10 orbs in a much wider fan, covering more area and increasing the chance of multiple hits.

  High Speed: Increased movement and attack speed make this variant incredibly difficult to track.

  Durability: Massive health pools mean you'll need to stay focused for longer fights.

Survival Strategy:

  Pre-fight Positioning: Always fight them in large, open areas where you can dodge freely.

  Shield and Magic Resistance: Bring gear that helps mitigate poison or deflect projectiles.

  Group Coordination: In co-op, have one player kite the dragonfly while others focus damage from cheap Dark And Darker Gold the sides or behind.
