Getting Agent Johnson to Pillbox Hill Medical Center is what completes ULP Extraction, but reaching that drop-off takes more than winning a firefight. You'll need to find her, get her into your vehicle, and lose the police first. For players browsing GTA 5 Accounts while planning their next session, this mission offers a mix of investigation and combat. It's the third assignment in Operation Paper Trail, introduced with The Criminal Enterprises on July 26, 2022. Johnson's investigation into the Duggan family's influence over gas prices has gone wrong, and you're sent to retrieve her.
Prepare before the search gets loud
The easiest time to sort out your supplies is before you're surrounded. Fill your health, equip strong armor, and check ammunition for weapons you're comfortable using. Solo players especially shouldn't leave this until bullets start flying. Your first destination is Johnson's garage, where the task is searching rather than shooting. Check the objects around the room, including the paperwork and laptop, then follow the prompt to inspect her green sedan. Sitting inside gives you access to its GPS records and puts her recent locations on your map.
| Stage | Priority |
|---|---|
| Garage | Retrieve GPS locations |
| Rescue | Clear a safe exit |
| Escape | Lose police attention |
Finding her takes patience
Those map markers aren't all guaranteed to lead straight to Johnson. Search each destination and move on if she isn't there. The right location puts you near a shootout already underway. That's your cue to slow down, not drive straight into the middle. Find cover at the edge and deal with nearby enemies before moving farther in. Watch the minimap between shots; someone approaching from the side can catch you while you're focused ahead. Once you reach Johnson, clear the threats around her before trying to leave.
Check nearby enemies before advancing.
Move between solid cover.
Wait until Johnson enters your vehicle.
Make the escape about distance
Once Johnson's seated, leave the combat area and concentrate on keeping her safe. Police attention turns the drive into another problem, but stopping for a prolonged fight won't help your escape. Use side streets, alleys, or tunnels to break sightlines. Keep checking the minimap so you don't steer directly toward another patrol. Speed helps only when you still control the car. A quieter route and somewhere to stay out of sight are more useful than charging through every intersection. Wait until the wanted level clears before continuing.
The destination changes on the road
Keep driving and listen to Johnson after you've lost pursuit. She starts explaining what happened, then becomes unwell, changing the destination to Pillbox Hill Medical Center. Follow the new waypoint and avoid needless collisions; there's no reason to turn this stretch into another chase. If you're considering whether to buy GTA 5 Accounts, keep that separate from the immediate task: delivering your passenger. Pull into the marked hospital drop-off to complete the extraction and collect the mission reward.
